Christian Grames

Christian started cheering his junior year in high school on a whim and as a favor to a friend. Quickly a whim became a passion. In the year and a half that Christian cheered at Timpview High School in Provo, Utah, he captained for the varsity squad and placed third nationally in co-ed partner stunt at USA nationals. His success helped him get a teaching position with the United Spirit Association where he taught tumbling, stunting and crowd leading techniques for two years at camps in Utah, Idaho and California to all levels of teenagers.

During this time Christian also was an integral part of Brigham Young University's varsity co-ed cheer squad. At BYU, where Christian cheered for four and a half years, he got to further his own skills as well as his teaching abilities. Not only did Christian take part in numerous cheer clinics and stunt clinics for various ages, but he specialized in private stunting and tumbling instruction for high school cheerleaders in preparation for college. Teaching has become a skill and a passion that Christian takes seriously and he enjoys seeing people progress their own skills with his help.

Nikki Grames

Nikki Grames has been dancing since age three.  She began her training in jazz and ballet in Boise, ID.  She continued
with her studio, Dance Unlimited, until age 15 where she made the team at her high school. With Centennial High School's Sweet Liberty Dance Team
she competed locally as well as in Utah and California. This team won various national titles during all three years that Nikki was a part of it.   After graduating, she began teaching summer camps for the United Spirit Association which had her teaching in Utah, Idaho and California.

After her first of two years with USA, she joined the Boise State University Mane Line Dance team taking sixth at USA nationals and began to teach for Dance Unlimited.  Nikki was introduced to Hip Hop through USA and Mane Line and has continued with it ever since.   At the end of her second year with USA she then moved to Utah to attend the University of Utah.  After a few years there she began to dance for the NBA Development League's Utah Flash, where she performed at a Utah Jazz game as well as time outs and halftimes for the Flash.  She also made various local appearances throughout the season while representing the Flash.  After two years with the D-league, she and her new husband moved back to Idaho where she found herself coaching for Sweet Liberty and choreographed their Hip Hop, and assisted in their Military, Dance and kick routines.

Nikki and her husband now live in Hudson, MA.  Nikki is so excited for her new beginning with Bay State and a chance to get to know all the boys and girls!  "Let's make this the best year ever!"
